Special Symposium dedicated entirely to snowsport education at high schools and universities!
In parallel with the main programme of the 6th SPE Balkan Ski Conference, we are delighted to announce a Special Symposium dedicated entirely to snowsport education at high schools and universities!This initiative builds on the excellent experience and highly positive feedback from the first academic meeting held in Vitosha, Bulgaria. Following this successful start, the concept now continues under the academic umbrella EASE – Empowering Academic Snowsport Education Symposia.
What is EASE?
EASE is envisioned as a vibrant meeting point for:
- leading academic institutions,
- educators in snowsport-related higher education, and
- student representatives.
Its purpose is to create an international platform for:
- sharing best practices,
- presenting modern and innovative approaches in didactics and methodology,
- exchanging ideas and expertise, and
- developing coordinated initiatives that motivate and empower future professionals in snowsports.
Programme & Structure
The EASE Special Symposium will run as an independent parallel section within the conference:
Practical workshops led by demo team members from participating nations — open and relevant to all attendees.
Submitted academic contributions and presentations, scheduled after the keynote lectures to ensure maximum relevance and participation.
